I Should

Exercise: I Should 1. I should lose weight. 2. I should go to the park or the mall or anywhere else and just sit and watch people and their body language, posture, and facial expressions. 3. I should be like a more positive relative. 4. I should pick the right people to be friends with. 5. I should ignore guys (or people) who try to talk with me. 6. I should not date, it is not appropriate for someone like me or my age. 7. I should control my anger. 8. I should not run down the hall the screaming because I am upset.
