Exercise: Negative Messages

Why don’t you make a list of what you think. What do you think what negative messages I heard? No one ever gave me any negative messages other than name calling. They were bitch, cow, slut, whore, crazy bitch. Those stuff that I think I heard. I may have been wrong. Two names I know were buffalo butt, weird and no one cares so shut up. And one thing some has told me was that’s what happens when you get mad. Someone once said that I bit someone’s sister and that I go all the way on the first date. Also someone told me I needed to lose weight. And she’ll never be able to get what she wants in life if she never speaks. (I bet u didn’t know I heard this one did ya? U did not think I heard u. don’t remember do you? I know it takes a long time to sort through 67, 68 years worth of data up there, but maybe you need to consider upgrading to a faster chip) And one more someone has said. Look at the mess you made of that paper. You erased holes in the paper. (or something like that. I can’t remember the exact words.) A short kinda chunky black woman at Seville apts, (she looked mean. Well in my opinion) anyway she once said to me “I will kick her if she bites me”. (referring to Jordan-dog) Jordan does not bite. Well only when she plays but it’s not hard. Geez lady! Okay, so I have negative beliefs to overcome? Dammit!
