"There is this thing called "acting out" and "following directions"

It does not matter how much I work hard to beat this anger in the ass. The point is that 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years will pass and I will still be here. So it does not matter what I do or where I go! This is a shame to since I know what to do now. Just have make myself use the skills I have learned in the book. Maybe they waiting on the fact that I have to use the skills for a year or two and then they will think about it again. So again, I am doing what I am supposed to and listening to what other people tell me to do. If following directions is the right thing to do, then I will try to follow directions. If "acting out" was not "in" thing to, I would have been an actress. You know the term "acting out" all two well and so do I!
