 Below I answered the questions I felt about 8 months ago and still feel now. The yes/no or about 50% answers are mine. Here goes:
Here’s a few of the difficulties the strategies on these videos have helped overcome. Do you have any of these?
Yes. 1. You have negative thinking that makes you feel bad, sad, angry, or frustrated.
Yes. 2. At times you feel worried or anxious and it seems to hang on.
Yes. 3. You struggle with making an income for the lifestyle you want.
Yes. 4. You fear failing or getting embarrassed so you procrastinate or don’t do something you want/need to do. You know things could be better, but don’t know where to start.
Yes and No. (about 50%) 5. You’re having a tough time dealing with a change in your life. Overwhelm comes on and blocks you from taking action.
