Things to do when I get upset.

Things to do when I get upset. 1. Say “Stop! Think!” (note: any other normal person would just leave you alone and will not aggravate you.) 2. Write in Journal. (I gauntee no one will read it) 3. Write a story. (do not let anyone read it) 4. Never get on Facebook or Twitter. It could worsen. 5. Put on good walking shoes and comfortable acceptable clothes and walk down to the park. Not in walking distance? I could take the bus.
