Who's Responsible for this?

When you are in pain, you very often ask yourself, "who did this to me, who's responsible?"
1.)I am the only one who really knows and understands my own needs. Yet I am unable to identify them. Well mine is reading, writing, meditate, relaxing, and for me to be capable of living independently. No one gets to decide that but myself? Not Jason, not sister, not aunt, not cousins, and not parents.
2.)It is appropriate for others to focus on meeting their own needs. The first thing for me is to figure out how. Well for starters--taking care of the house, or getting my own phone line.
3.)Peoples' needs inevitably conflict. I can't speak for others I can however think of what others might think.
4.)What are some basic needs for you?
1.)reading 2.)relaxing 3.)meditate 4.)writing in journal 5.)walking 6.)riding bike and actually going places.
5.) Your overall satisfaction depend on the affectiveness of your strategies for meeting needs and avoiding pain.
